Senior Account Manager
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who enjoys building long\-term customer relationships and helping companies get real value from digital solutions.
This role is about understanding customer needs, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders, and driving sustainable growth in your accounts.

About the role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for selected key accounts and their long\-term development
- Still balance developing existing customer relationships with identifying new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with decision\-makers and users
- Understand customer challenges and identify opportunities where we can support
- Work closely with our technical teams to shape relevant solutions
- Drive the full sales process, from initial dialogue to agreement and follow\-up
What we are looking for
We believe you will succeed in this role if you:
- Have experience working with complex B2B sales, ideally within IT or industrial solutions
- Have experience in selling and negotiating at the C\-level
- Are comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Build trust through a straightforward and reliable way of working
- Listen actively and take the time to understand before proposing solutions
- Are curious and open to learning, even in areas outside your expertise
Language skills:
Professional proficiency in Swedish and English

- Hybrid setup: approximately 3 days in the office
- Travel: Some travel to customers and other offices is expected
