Accountabilities

In this role, you will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of account management operations while supporting creator growth, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. You will also play a key role in improving communication workflows, analytics systems, and monetization outcomes across the creator ecosystem.

  • Build and optimize account management processes to improve communication, tracking, and operational efficiency.

  • Gather and analyze creator and agency feedback to identify trends and translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Ensure high standards of creator performance, including content quality, engagement, and promotional consistency.

  • Support and enhance creator-driven promotion strategies across multiple social platforms.

  • Monitor weekly performance, posting consistency, and campaign delivery across creators.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to creator tools, analytics, and operational systems.

  • Improve and unify creator analytics across internal tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.

  • Oversee payout processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely execution.

  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance creator-facing tools and workflows.

Requirements
This role requires strong analytical, operational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. The ideal candidate combines financial literacy, technical tool proficiency, and strong communication abilities to manage diverse stakeholders and improve performance outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting, dashboards) and financial operations tools such as 1C.

  • Experience with digital platforms, AI tools, and analytics or visualization systems (e.g., Superset or similar).

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, or internal systems.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills with strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management ability.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve operational issues under pressure.

  • Strong adaptability to different markets, teams, and working cultures.

  • Experience in account management, operations, or creator/partner ecosystems is highly valued.
