We are looking for a passionate Forest School Teacher to join our SEND provision in Greenwich. This role is ideal for someone who loves the outdoors and has a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan and deliver engaging outdoor educational activities that cater to the needs of SEND students.


• Foster a nurturing and safe learning environment that encourages students to explore and learn about the natural world.


• Collaborate with other teaching staff to integrate outdoor learning with the broader curriculum.


• Monitor and support the personal and academic development of students.


• Maintain the safety of all students during outdoor activities and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Forest School Teacher or equivalent experience in outdoor education.


• Experience working with SEND students is highly desirable.


• Strong organisational and planning skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• First Aid certified, or willing to undergo training.
