SEN SCHOOL TRANSPORT – PASSENGER ASSISTANT
Part\-Time Position \| Mansfield \& Surrounding Areas
We are looking for a reliable, caring and responsible Passenger Assistant to join our team providing school transport for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Role
You will accompany children and young people on their journeys between home and school, helping to ensure they travel safely, comfortably and with dignity.
The successful applicant should be:
- Caring, patient and understanding
- Reliable and punctual
- A good communicator
- Comfortable working with children and young people
- Able to remain calm and confident when dealing with challenging situations
- Professional and responsible at all times
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check – paid for by the employer
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to work as part of a team
Part\-time, Monday to Friday during school term time.
The role may suit someone looking for work around school hours or someone wanting a rewarding part\-time position.
Salary: To be discussed.
Ideally based in or around Central Mansfield.
