Home Me Mortgages is a growing, adviser\-led mortgage firm based in Marlow, serving Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, London and all over UK. What You'll Do

• Advise clients on residential mortgages, remortgages, BTL, and protection


• Manage your own pipeline and client relationships end\-to\-end


• Generate your own business through referrals, networking, and introducers


• Convert firm\-referred leads alongside your self\-generated pipeline


• Build a long\-term back book of repeat and referred clients


• Maintain full compliance with FCA and network standards

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a mortgage adviser


• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)


• Self\-generating — you have an existing pipeline or proven ability to build one


• Commercially driven — you think in terms of back book and long\-term income


• Based within commuting distance of Marlow (Bucks/Berks)


• Confident with complex cases and a full advice process
