BenAstro Group is looking for a dynamic and results\-driven BDM to build their desk in our security staffing division.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in sales, business development, and security staffing who can establish their own pipeline, develop long\-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage your own client portfolio within the security staffing sector.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with care facilities, agencies, and private clients.
- Negotiate contracts and provide customised staffing solutions.
- Hit sales targets and KPIs while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Work independently to grow your desk and represent BenAstro Group professionally.
- Proven experience in sales or business development (security or staffing experience preferred).
- Self\-starter with a “hunter” mentality and ability to build pipelines from scratch.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated, results\-driven, and target\-oriented.
- Professional, confident, and able to represent the company at all levels.
