Secretary, Speech & Language Therapy
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced secretary/administrator to join the Sheffield Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) Service. It is an exciting, fast paced role, working within a supportive and friendly team.
The post is 30 hours a week and is a permanent position.
The successful candidate will be based in the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals SLT service working as a member of the team providing admin support to the SLT teams working in acute, outpatients, stroke, and community.
To provide secretarial and administrative support and to ensure effective and efficient maintenance of administrative systems and procedures required by the Speech and Language Therapy Team using Connect, SystmOne and other NHS systems.

The SLT service across both the acute and community teams in STH has approximately 55 staff (47 therapists, 7 assistants and 4 secretarial staff) (41\.23wte).
