Scrum Master
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must\-have requirements)
- Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master in agile software or digital product development environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, agile methodologies, and team facilitation techniques
- Experience supporting cross\-functional product development teams
- Experience driving continuous improvement and agile maturity within teams and organizations
- Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across technical and business domains
- Experience handling dependencies, risks, and delivery planning in complex environments
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to create structure, alignment, and momentum in evolving product organizations
- Hands\-on experience facilitating agile delivery processes using Jira and Confluence in cross\-functional software development teams
- Experience from connected vehicles, telematics, driver behaviour analysis, mobility services, or digital coaching solutions
- Experience working with data\-driven product teams
- Experience working in scaled agile environments or across multiple teams
- Understanding of UX/product discovery and customer\-centric development
- Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams
