Sales & Tender Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales \& Bid Manager to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Sales \& Bid Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing and finance teams to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing market share.

Role: Sales \& Bid Manager
Location: Dublin 12
Schedule: Monday \- Friday
Role Type: Permanent / Full Time
Responsibilities;
- Overall accountability for customer sales and new business development
- Research, identify, target and secure new business opportunities
- Manage the business development team and sales pipeline
- Manage and undertake local, regional and national activities including trade shows, networking events, workshops, presentations etc.
- Draft bids \& tender proposals for prospective clients
- Contributing to and assisting with the implementation of the annual sales strategies
- Gather and maintain relevant industry data in support of growth and development
- Gather and feedback marketing intelligence in liaison with key stakeholders
- Communicate with clients regularly to ensure visibility and partnership.
Requirements
- Proven Business Development / Sales Experience
- Proven financial and commercial experience
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in sales / CRM platforms
- Proficiency in power point / presentations
- Experience within bids \& proposals
