<h2>What You Will Do</h2>
<div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">As a <strong>Sales Operations Associate</strong>, you will support the commercial process that moves customer quotes from request through to delivery. This is an early‑career, hands‑on role offering structured training, close support from experienced colleagues, and clear opportunities to grow responsibility over time.</div>

<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Assist with bid registrations on OEM platforms (such as Cisco CCW and equivalent tools), ensuring accuracy and timely submission</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Liaise with distribution partners to request pricing, track responses, and support competitive quote creation</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Build and maintain quotes in Sage X3 (or equivalent systems), ensuring correct pricing, part numbers, and commercial details</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of quotes, pricing data, and customer communications across systems</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Support reviews of completed quotes and projects to identify learning opportunities and process improvements</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Work closely with Account Management to help respond to customer questions relating to quotes, pricing, and timelines</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Assist with project invoicing and support Finance in resolving basic billing queries</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Develop product and solution knowledge across networking and audio‑visual hardware over time</li>

<h2>Essential Criteria</h2>
<ul>
