<h4>We're looking for an innovative and hands-on Software Developer to join our growing Innovation team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Real-Time Data, and Digital Twin technologies, creating customer-facing solutions that demonstrate tangible business value.</h4>
<p>You'll be responsible for designing and delivering Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Proofs of Value (POVs) that showcase how emerging technologies can solve real-world challenges. From ingesting live sensor data and building scalable APIs to integrating AI models and creating immersive 3D/4D Digital Twin experiences, you'll help bring cutting-edge ideas to life.</p>

<h2>What You'll Be Doing</h2>
<h3>Build Customer-Focused Innovation Solutions</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design and deliver end-to-end POCs and POVs that demonstrate business value and accelerate customer adoption.</li>
<li>Develop solutions combining IoT, AI/ML, APIs, analytics, and Digital Twin technologies.</li>
<li>Present working prototypes to both technical and executive stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Develop Data Pipelines and Integrations</h3>
<ul>
<li>Build streaming and batch ETL pipelines using Python and modern data frameworks.</li>
<li>Integrate data from sensors, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party services.</li>
<li>Orchestrate data workflows using tools such as Airflow and Prefect.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Create IoT and Real-Time Data Solutions</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collect, normalize, and process telemetry from connected devices.</li>
<li>Implement edge-to-cloud data flows using MQTT, HTTP, CoAP, and related technologies.</li>
<li>Build robust solutions capable of handling real-time and high-volume sensor streams.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Design Modern APIs and Services</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop secure, scalable REST and gRPC services using FastAPI, Flask, and Node.js.</li>
<li>Implement authentication, authorization, observability, testing, and performance monitoring.</li>
<li>Ensure reliability, maintainability, and best-practice API design.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Deliver Digital Twin Experiences</h3>
<ul>
<li>Integrate real-time operational data with advanced 3D and 4D visualizations.</li>
<li>Work with OpenUSD, NVIDIA Omniverse, and Unreal Engine technologies.</li>
<li>Create interactive digital environments that represent assets and processes over time.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Integrate AI and Machine Learning</h3>
<ul>
<li>Embed AI/ML capabilities into prototypes and customer solutions.</li>
<li>Support use cases such as anomaly detection, forecasting, computer vision, and geospatial analytics.</li>
<li>Work with modern machine learning frameworks including PyTorch and Scikit-learn.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Support DevOps and Delivery Excellence</h3>
<ul>
<li>Deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.</li>
<li>Implement CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality technical documentation and operational runbooks.</li>
</ul>

<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>
<h3>Essential Skills & Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of software development experience in complex environments.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in <strong>Python</strong> for application development, data processing, and integration.</li>
<li>Advanced experience with <strong>C++</strong> and <strong>JavaScript/TypeScript</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience developing and consuming REST and/or gRPC APIs.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with IoT technologies, sensor data, and telemetry pipelines.</li>
<li>Knowledge of time-series databases such as TimescaleDB, InfluxDB, QuestDB, or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures.</li>
<li>Understanding of Digital Twin, 3D visualization, or simulation technologies.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly prototype innovative solutions.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Nice to Have</h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, OpenUSD, or Unreal Engine.</li>
<li>Cloud platform expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li>
<li>Geospatial technologies including PostGIS, GeoJSON, Cesium, or GIS platforms.</li>
<li>Experience with Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub.</li>
<li>Exposure to edge computing technologies such as NVIDIA Jetson.</li>
<li>Knowledge of robotics, ROS, industrial protocols, OPC-UA, or Modbus.</li>
<li>Experience building dashboards and data visualization tools.</li>
<li>Cloud certifications or advanced technical qualifications.</li>
</ul>
