Sales Negotiator (Fixed Term)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Ryder \& Dutton as a full time Sales Negotiator based in the Holmfirth/Huddersfield area. *This is a fixed term contract \- up to 12 months. The role will provide support to our branches in the Huddersfield/Holmfirth area as and when required so you must be prepared to travel around the area.*
The Role
A client facing role in one of our busy sales offices, you will be responsible for promoting Ryder \& Dutton in order to generate an increase in revenue in relation to targets determined by the Line Manager whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience.
Industry experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. We are looking for candidates who can evidence previous targeted sales experience in a customer focused environment. The successful applicant will need to have exceptional communication and administration skills, along with a passion to help people move.
General Duties:
- To respond promptly to customer requests to book Market Appraisal and/or viewing appointments and to deal with their enquiries or requests in order to assist with their move.
- To build direct customer relationships in order to promote and book appointments for our services.
- Maximise cross\-selling opportunities at all times by identifying and recommended related services to customers which will generate revenue \& enhance the customer experience
- To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone contact on the databases.
- Seek to maintain professional and friendly relationships with all Manning Stainton branches and departments
- To ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently.

- Previous experience of working in estate agency or a customer service driven sales environment

OTE IRO £26,500 UNCAPPED
This is initially a fixed term contract \- up to 12 months, but *may* lead to a permanent contract.
