Sales Manager
Could you be part of our growth story? We are a family business that is only four years old, with a premium fresh farm milk product that is truly unique in the market. We are looking for a confident, driven Sales Manager who cares about what they sell, takes pride in quality, and knows how to close a deal. This is variable role: either full time 40 hours or part time for 25 hours per week, starting at 9am, Monday to Friday, with some events on saturday's offering flexibility around working hours.

Key Requirements
· Previous sales experience in a field\-based or business development role is preferred but not essential
· A proven or natural ability to generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and face\-to\-face selling
· Confidence in presenting a premium product and converting interest into sales
· Good literacy, numeracy, and basic IT skills including email, Word, Excel and some digital media experience
· Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
As our Sales Manager, you will:
· Identify and win new business for our fresh farm milk range
· Visit and build relationships with local cafés, shops, restaurants, hotels, and other potential stockists
· Promote a premium, unique product with confidence and enthusiasm and NPD
· Manage your own pipeline, follow up leads, and turn opportunities into long\-term customers
· Represent our family business professionally and help grow our presence in the market
· Complete basic reporting and keep sales activity organised and up to date

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
