About the role:

As General Sales Manager, you will take full leadership of the sales operation, driving performance through a structured and customer\-focused sales process. You will lead, coach and develop Sales Executives and support colleagues, ensuring they deliver outstanding results while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

You will play a key role in:

• Maximising new and used vehicle sales and profitability


• Driving finance and add\-on product performance


• Leading all sales campaigns and promotions


• Creating a high\-performance, customer\-centric culture


• Ensuring all activity is compliant and aligned with the highest ethical standards

This is a hands\-on leadership role where your presence on the showroom floor and engagement with customers will be key to success.

About you:

We are looking for a proven Sales Manager with a strong track record of delivering results within the motor industry. You will be:
