We work with kitchen retailers, builders, shopfitters, and direct\-to\-public customers—and we’re growing fast. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic, results\-driven Sales Manager to help take our business to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t your typical desk job. As a Sales Manager, you’ll be out there making things happen every day:
- Manage booked appointments – meet with pre\-booked customers, understand their needs, present solutions, and close deals efficiently.
- Assist walk\-in customers – welcome and advise members of the public and kitchen company representatives, turning interest into sales.
- Serve multiple customer types – from direct homeowners to kitchen retailers, builders, and shopfitters, tailoring your approach to each audience.
- Collaborate with your sales team – share insights, coordinate strategies, support colleagues, and celebrate wins together to maximise team performance.
- Drive new business – proactively identify and follow up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Present solutions with confidence – showcase our stone worktops, highlight features, explain benefits, and inspire customers to buy.
- Track performance \& follow processes – maintain accurate records, update CRM systems, report progress, and continuously improve results.
- Be an ambassador for Purple Granite – your energy, professionalism, and product knowledge will create an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals.
Who You Are

- Based between Kidderminster (Head Office) and Worcester (Retail Outlet)
- Full driving licence required (max 3 points) – travel for meetings expected
- OTE £50\-70k, with uncapped earnings potential for top performers
