Community Support Worker

Support workers required Monday \- Friday 9am \- 5pm

Covering areas: Kidderminster, Bewdley \& Stourport on Severn

We specialise in supporting adults with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and mental health. We help with daily tasks such as food shopping, organising bills, or simply socialising at a nice restaurant \- all the way to long term life goals including applying to college, maintaining a healthy daily routine, and facing fears and anxieties.

Each employee works with an average of 3\-4 clients, ensuring each care package is personalised, based on needs, goals and Each service is an average of 10 hours per week.

A successful candidate is enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference. We provide ongoing training and mentoring and staff engagement days.

Main responsibilities

• Supporting clients with their daily tasks, such as taking them shopping, helping with chores, going out into the community etc


• Supporting clients with their long\-term goals, for example training, volunteering and work opportunities, tackling fears and anxieties, making and sticking to routines etc.


• Looking for areas to improve care plans with Management team.


• Ensuring all assessments are completed on time, and followed up with our Management team.

• Must have a UK driving license


• Self motivated and driven


• Passionate and wants to make a difference


• DBS certificate


• Business insurance on vehicle


• Excellent communication


• A people person

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour
