Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales strategy and revenue to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the healthcare sector, focusing on NHS organisations, private healthcare providers and large corporations.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract signature.
- Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including discovery, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and Utilise Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyse performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Director to refine pricing, service tiering (Essential / Professional / Assured), and proposal positioning.
- Negotiate and close new business contracts, including recurring revenue agreements.
- Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings thoroughly, enabling effective communication of value propositions to clients.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and positioning.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.
- Proven experience in management within a B2B sales environment, preferably within IT or healthcare sectors.
- Leverage existing knowledge of NHS technology requirements, procurement processes, and compliance expectations.
- Sell HSCN connectivity, secure networking, managed services, and supporting IT solutions into NHS organisations and healthcare providers.
- Demonstrable success in selling NHS HSCN solutions.
- Selling Managed IT Services to Large Corporate.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision\-making.
- Leadership qualities with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving targets.
- Engage with medium and large organisations requiring outsourced IT support and strategic technology partnerships.
- Position the company as a trusted Managed Service Provider (MSP) rather than a commodity IT supplier.
- Identify opportunities for recurring revenue growth through managed contracts and long\-term partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
Pay: £25,077\.77\-£32,000\.00 per year
