Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our Compliance Sales Team. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the execution of effective sales strategies and the development of strong, long\-term customer relationships.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and proven sales leadership experience, with the ability to motivate high\-performing teams, drive results, and identify new growth opportunities. Working closely with senior leadership and cross\-functional teams, the role ensures the sales function aligns with and supports the wider business strategy.

Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales function to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Develop and deliver sales plans, monitoring performance through reporting and forecasting
- Manage, motivate, and support the sales team, providing day\-to\-day leadership and direction
- Drive new business development, negotiating and securing opportunities in line with agreed KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement across the sales function
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets, including closing high\-value deals
- Proactive, results\-driven, with strong commercial and strategic thinking with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop teams
- Confident using CRM systems, sales data, and digital tools to manage pipelines and performance
- Previous experience managing or leading a sales team, including coaching and performance management
- Experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Familiarity with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
- Industry experience within Work at Height, Construction, or Health \& Safety
- Experience working in a fast\-paced or high\-growth environment
