Care Assistant/Driver

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team. You will support adults in their own homes, helping them maintain independence while delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)


• Supporting with meals, hydration and medication


• Offering companionship and emotional support


• Assisting with mobility and daily living tasks


• Maintaining accurate care records


• Promoting dignity, respect and wellbeing at all times

• £13\.80 per hour


• Paid mileage


• Flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle


• Full training provided — experience not essential


• Supportive management and ongoing development
