AUTOMOTIVE CAR SALES EXECUTIVE\- DERBY
Salary: Basic £30,000 \-OTE £50,000
Working Hours: Monday\-Friday 9am \- 5\.30pm \-with ONE day off during the week by rota.
Weekend Hours: Saturday 9am \-5\.30pm Sunday 11am \-4pm working ONE full weekend in a calender month and TWO additional weekend days \- Saturday or Sunday by rota.
Total DAYS OFF per calender month \= 8\.
20 Days anual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays totalling 28
Some Bank Holidays you would be required to work by Rota. These days worked will credit the employee with an alternative days holiday. A company car is available subject to Management approval.
JOB DESCRIPTION: CAR SALES EXECUTIVE.
We are looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales Executive to work in our very motivated sales team.
Previous experience of working within the motor trade as sales executive, business manager or Manager for over 18 months is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate for this position will require previous car sales Experience with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ideal candidate should be of cheerful disposition and driven to achieve and exceed targets. Be confident enthusiastic and have the ability to work well within a team and on their own.
- Punctuality and reliability is a minimum requirement.
- Be happy to follow instruction from management and senior sales executives.
- Be over 21 years old (Insurance Policy minimum age criteria).
- Be smartly presentable with high standards of personal hygene.
- Have good personal skills be it face to face or on the telephone and the ability to qualify, overcome objections and close sales in a professional way.
- Be able to adhere to the companies sales process be capable whilst updating our CRM database in an accurate fashion.
- Preferably SAF finance certified but not essential.
- Preferable but not bessential to have previous knowledge of Keyloop/ Enquiry Max CRM database.
- Self\-motivated and dedicated.
- Customer service orientated.
- Ability to work within a team and on their own.
- Must have a Driving Licence, Maximum 6 points.
- Good reference required.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Derby DE21 4BE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- "Car" Sales Executive: 1 year (required)
- Driving License Maximum 6 points (required)
