*Sales Executive*
- Basic Salary \- £27,500
- OTE \- £50,000
- Working Hours \- 40 per week including some weekends and evenings

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to help accelerate growth during an exciting scale\-up phase. You’ll be a key player in allowing people to start their journey in trading financial markets, by converting warm leads onto one of our low\-ticket introduction events
*Key Responsibilities:*
Lead Engagement \& Phone Sales
- Call and engage warm inbound leads who have registered interest in trading events.
- Qualify prospects quickly and guide them toward purchasing low\-ticket event tickets (e.g. Wealth Through Trading).
- Confidently sell over the phone using a consultative but decisive approach.
- Maintain high call activity and conversion rates in a fast\-paced environment.
- Think on your feet when handling common objections such as:
- *“I’m just browsing”*
- *“I need to think about it”*
- *“I don’t have the money right now”*
- *“I’ve tried trading before and lost money”*
- Reframe concerns, build urgency, and close decisively without being pushy
- Keep conversations focused on outcomes, value, and next steps.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prioritise speed to lead, follow\-up discipline, and efficient pipeline management.
- Accurately log calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Continuously improve performance through feedback, call reviews, and training.
- Ensure a clean, professional handover of sold clients to the Client Relationship Manager.
- Capture key client notes, expectations, and context to ensure a smooth transition.
- Take pride in setting up the client for a positive onboarding experience — even though you won’t manage them long\-term.
- Clear progression pathway into Client Relationship Manager or senior sales roles

- Willingness to learn on the job and grow with the company.
Pay: £27,500\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
