Sales Executive – Parkway Volkswagen Northampton

A hugely rewarding role with realistic earning potential, excellent benefits, and a clear pathway to progress. Due to internal promotions and stock expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our top\-performing Sales Team at Parkway Volkswagen Northampton.

You’ll be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, delivering an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry to handover, building loyalty, repeat business and referrals.

We’re looking for an exceptional candidate with strong organisation skills who thrives in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment. Previous commission\-based sales experience is preferred, but we’ll consider strong candidates from other industries.

Working pattern

This role requires flexibility and involves working most weekends, with days off in the week. We operate a 5\.5 days on / 2\.5 days off rolling rota, designed to give you two full days off together, plus a 1pm start on your first day back.

Typical weekday hours are 08:45am – 6:00pm.
