Salary: £27,000 basic \+ uncapped commission
OTE: £45,000 (top performers £60,000\+)

About the role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of the entire customer journey — from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover — delivering a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.
You will:
- Welcome customers and build strong rapport
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle and finance options
- Arrange and conduct test drives
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
- Work towards achievable sales targets within a supportive team
Who we’re looking for
We welcome applications from:
- Experienced automotive Sales Executives, or
- Individuals from retail, hospitality, leisure or customer\-facing roles looking for a career change
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Confidence, drive and motivation to succeed in a target\-driven environment
- Flexibility to work weekends (including Saturdays)
- A full UK driving licence
