Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of a tight\-knit team working to provide our customers with an unforgettable experience. Whether they are looking for their first bike or the latest upgrade, your job is to understand their needs and deliver the perfect solution. You will be involved in everything from building a customer database to attending events and handling customer inquiries. You will focus on:

• Providing tailored advice to customers to ensure they find the right bike for their lifestyle.


• Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to deliver excellent service


• Building relationships and maintaining a customer database


• Attending events and fielding inquiries to maximize customer satisfaction


• Meeting and exceeding sales targets to unlock your earning potential.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
We are looking for someone with a passion for motorcycles and an eagerness to succeed. Ideal candidates will have:

• A genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles (knowledge of motorcycle components is a plus)


• The ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, close\-knit team environment.


• Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.


• A customer\-centric attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.


• A target\-driven mindset, focused on achieving and exceeding goals.
