Role Overview

This role is a General Administration position focused on supporting day\-to\-day business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with tenants, maintaining accurate records, arranging and managing works and tickets, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. A proactive approach, strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and outstanding organisational abilities are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing general day\-to\-day business administration

  • Communicating professionally with colleagues, contractors and tenants

  • Providing a high standard of customer service when handling enquiries

  • Logging and maintaining accurate information and records

  • Organising and prioritising tasks to ensure timely completion

  • Updating and monitoring tickets and workflow systems

  • Supporting administrative processes and ensuring they are followed correctly

  • Taking ownership of tasks and proactively managing workloads
Key Skills Required
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels

  • Professional and confident telephone manner

  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

  • Good typing speed and attention to detail

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities

  • Ability to follow processes and procedures consistently

  • Good general IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and confidence using business systems and software

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative

  • Strong time\-management and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Property industry knowledge or experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
