Car Sales Executive Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic dealership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for cars and sales to thrive in a fast\-paced, customer\-focused environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, building lasting relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. A full UK driving licence is required for this role. Previous Car sales experience Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers both in the showroom and via phone/email to understand their needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicles in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into successful vehicle sales
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
- Promote finance, insurance products, and additional add\-ons where appropriate
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities and retention
- Ensure the showroom and vehicles are presented to a high standard at all times
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, specifications, and market trends
- Previous experience in car sales or a customer\-facing sales role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and target\-driven approach
- Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Basic IT skills and experience using CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
