One of the largest hair restoration clinics in the world, offering Hair Transplants, Micro Scalp Pigmentation and other hair loss treatments in 38 clinics worldwide. Harley Street based UK HQ with impeccable reputation and 13 other UK locations, making treatment accessible for the whole of the UK.
Successful candidates must be confident with one\-on\-one presentations, must be able to follow up on suitable candidates, negotiate and close a deal. This position requires superior communication skills with the emphasis on a high quality, ethical, provider of hair loss and hair restoration treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting hair loss consultations in our clinics as a patient advisor, helping prospects select the right treatment and payment plan for their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current clients, ensuring a high quality of service is always maintained.
- Listen to concerns, identify solutions to problems and provide our clients with a positive experience all the way from the consultation to and after becoming a client.
- Keep up to date, accurate reports for the Regional Director.
- A willingness to be flexible with working hours, be responsive to clients during, as well as outside of normal office hours, dealing with enquiries quickly, efficiently and without delay.
- Primarily based in our Dublin clinic, with travel to other regional offices to meet with prospective clients.
- Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to follow up on prospective clients, negotiate and close sales.
- Competent in the use of CRM and general computer/internet skills.
- A professional working attitude with clients and team members.
- Must be highly organized, disciplined and proactive, with a strong work ethic and flexibility with working hours.
- Possess a customer service orientated, problem solving mindset.
- Professional stature and high standard of personal presentation.
