Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct face\-to\-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly to offer appropriate products or services.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using organisational and IT tools to track progress and follow\-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or similar roles, demonstrating successful negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple clients and tasks.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales management and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour.
