Sales Executive
VISION OF THE ROLE:
To maximise revenue for the club’s membership, function, and golf sales performance, contributing to the service levels required to meet and exceed customer expectations and work within operational parameters.
To safeguard the long\-term success of Burhill Golf Ltd for its stakeholders, the Sales Executive will support the Sales Manager in ensuring that the sales team performs to the highest level ensuring that Burhill Golf Ltd and our locations are recognised as

The Sales Executive will be measured against key criteria:
*Revenue and/or unit sales*
*Sales Manager reviews, General Manager reviews, Head of Sales feedback, personal objectives*
*Repeat business where applicable*
*Business yield*
*Effective placement of business*
*Compliance to company processes and procedures*
*Communication to all parties involved with sales activity including operational team, colleagues and client.*
*Audit, mystery shop and spot\-check compliance.*
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Communication*
- Responding to customer enquiries through all channels, providing accurate quotations on costs
- Negotiating terms and conditions of sales contracts
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients for functions and events
- Fully understand client and prospects needs communicating
- Ensure personal level of compliance within the BGL Academy is 100% at all times.
- Maintain a strong network with all Sales team members group wide to support robust collaboration.
- Anticipate a sales process audit bi\-annually.
- Maintain a good knowledge of industry trends in order that you can influence strategic decisions.
- Assisting the Sales Manager with the group’s sales focused mystery shopper programme.
- Achieve revenue and identified KPI’s for each aspect of club sales across membership, functions, and group golf.
- Adhere and monitor compliance of purchasing policies and procedures.
- Ensure all BGL procedures and policies are adhered to.
- Maintain competitor analysis.
- Liaise with the Sales Manager to develop a coordinated sales and marketing strategy for the facility that links to corporate strategy and covers all areas of the club sales.
- Assist the Sales Manager in maintaining and delivering club wide promotional plans and ensure all marketing material is in\-date and that promotion is executed in a timely manner.
- Identify and develop innovative programmes for all customer segments, including weddings, Christmas parties etc.
- Ensure that all promotional activity is properly structured, communicated and complies to BGL marketing guidelines.
- Ensure that all members of the sales team consistently deliver outstanding service levels to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Obtain positive feedback regarding client experience from the point of initial enquiry through to event execution through thorough, timely communication and effective handover to the operational team.
