*OTE: £54,000 per annum*
Are you passionate about premium vehicles and driven to deliver exceptional customer service? As we prepare to move into our new , world class facility in Northampton, Wollaston BMW is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated BMW Sales Consultant to join our dynamic BMW New and Used Sales team.
About the Role:
As a BMW Sales Executive, you'll be the face of one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world. Your role will involve guiding customers through the exciting journey of choosing their perfect BMW \- from first enquiry to final handover \- while delivering a world\-class customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing BMW customers
- Understand customer needs and present tailored vehicle solutions
- Conduct professional product presentations and test drives
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up with BMW innovations
- Work collaboratively with your team to support customer satisfaction
- Succeeding consistently in our mission to deliver outstanding automotive services
What We're Looking For:
- A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ideally you will have proven experience in automotive sales, however we may consider people with similar sales skills
- Passion for the BMW brand and a commitment to excellence
- Target\-driven with a desire to succeed
- Full UK driving licence required
