Store Manager

Julian Charles is a leading homeware retailer, specialising in beautifully crafted soft furnishings including quality bedding, ready\-made curtains, luxury duvets, and stylish home accessories. With over 120 stores and concessions across the UK, alongside a rapidly growing online presence, we are proud to be a successful and expanding multi\-channel business.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Store Manager to lead our new Northampton store.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to create a positive, supportive, and high\-performing environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing day\-to\-day operations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to maintain high morale


• Drive and maximise store sales and performance


• Monitor and manage KPIs


• Ensure compliance with HR and Health \& Safety procedures


• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, administration, and housekeeping


• Deliver outstanding customer service
