Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and introduce customers to our range of services; Noting that all leads are qualified (this is not cold calling)

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients. Understand their evolving needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Clearly articulate the unique benefits of our products and services, and tailor solutions to suit specific needs.

  • Systematically follow up on leads, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions.

  • Achieve and aim to exceed sales targets and demonstrate a commitment to achieving individual, team and organisational goals.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and stay well\-informed about new products/competitors.
Qualifications \& Requirements:
  • Proven telesales experience please. Not 6 months here, 3 months there! we want career people who want to progress.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Self\-motivated and results\-oriented

  • Display a can\-do attitude and has ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Educated to A\-level (or equivalent)

  • Graduates with a bit of swagger and a serious willingness to put in a shift, also welcome!
Please note: This is an in\-office role.

Monday to Friday with 9\-5/ 10\-6pm shifts available.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
