As we continue to grow, we’re looking for ambitious people to join our global sales team based in Thame, Oxfordshire.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help grow our pipeline by engaging both inbound and outbound leads. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll be the first point of contact for B2B prospects, playing a key role in building relationships, creating opportunities, and turning interest into new business.

Our client base is truly global, so you’ll be speaking with prospects from around the world and helping bring an exciting, category\-leading product to new markets.

What You’ll Do

Prospecting and Lead Generation

· Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls and emails.

· Respond quickly and professionally to inbound enquiries, creating a strong first impression.

Pipeline Growth and Conversion

· Create momentum and urgency in the sales process, moving prospects through the funnel to virtual demos and conversion.

· Deliver engaging virtual demonstrations that clearly showcase the features and benefits of our world\-leading solution.

About You

· You’re able to commute to our offices in Thame, Oxfordshire for most of the working week, with some hybrid flexibility available. Junction 8A M40\.

· You may have 1–2 years of SaaS business development or other B2B sales experience, but we also welcome candidates with the drive, potential, and ambition to build a successful sales career.

· You have a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, or the determination and resilience to achieve them.

· Confidence in running outbound sales activity.

· Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is a plus.

· You’re a confident communicator who builds relationships quickly and communicates clearly with prospects, clients, and colleagues.

· You may be able to speak\-write in additional languages; this is appreciated but not at all essential.
