As a Sales Contact Co-ordinator at Hyde, you will provide a personalised and responsive front-line service for customer enquiries into our sales and lettings products, including shared ownership, private sales, resales and intermediate market rent. You will support customers initial enquiries, ensuring they are linked to the relevant team or department, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key Duties
- Provide a proactive and responsive telephone and email service, delivering high-quality support to customers within service promise timeframes.
- Pre-qualify customers, assess their home ownership needs and direct them accurately to suitable sales and lettings properties or departments.
- Handle customer correspondence clearly and professionally as first point of contact, simplifying complex information to resolve enquiries and help prevent complaint escalation.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data, including the submission of completions and utilities data, registering customer details for industry survey contact, and support purchaser order uploads using relevant systems.
- Provide additional reporting and administrative support to the Sales department where required.

As a Sales Contact Co-ordinator we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven experience in customer service, administration or sales support, ideally within a high-volume contact or housing-related environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise and helpful responses by phone, email and written correspondence.
- A proactive mindset and passion for delivering an excellent customer journey across sales and lettings services.
- The ability to manage data accurately, use Microsoft Office confidently and work collaboratively with sales, marketing and operational teams.
