Sales Consultant
Job Summary
Woburn Autos is looking for an ambitious, professional, and customer\-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive business.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in vehicle sales, customer handling, finance administration, and basic HR or office management duties. The successful candidate will play a key role in vehicle sales, purchasing, profitability analysis, and daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing vehicle sales from enquiry to delivery
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing quality used vehicles
- Evaluate vehicle condition and market value
- Maintain accurate stock and vehicle records
- Assisting customers in purchasing suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget
- Preparing and maintaining vehicle margin sheets and profit calculations
- Assisting with finance documentation, invoicing, and accounting related tasks and Coordinate with accountants or finance departments when required
- Supporting HR\-related tasks including staff records, attendance, recruitment coordination, and onboarding support
- Following up customer enquiries and maintaining strong client relationships
- Explaining finance options, warranties, and vehicle specifications to customers
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Drive to client meetings, presentations, and networking events as required
- Collaborate with internal teams including Garage team, valeting Team, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Organise and prioritise daily tasks efficiently to meet sales objectives and deadlines
- Minimum Bachelor of Business Administration is required.
- Previous experience in sales preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle buying and selling processes
- Experience preparing margin sheets and handling basic accounts/admin tasks
- Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other organisational applications
- Familiarity with invoicing, finance paperwork, and business reportings
- Some HR or office administration experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, organisational skills and computer skills
- Full UK driving licence
