Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product knowledge.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.


• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.


• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.


• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for customers.


• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.


• To work in the warehouse when needed.

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.


• Strong problem\-solving abilities and a customer\-focused mindset.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.


• Part time hours working flexibly between Monday\-Saturday.
