The Role
This is a commercially active, customer\-facing role within our growing commercial team. You will work closely across sales, clinical, and marketing activities to support the company’s ongoing commercial growth across both direct and distributor channels in the UK and internationally.
The role is hands\-on and requires a proactive approach to maintaining sales momentum and progressing opportunities consistently. You will follow up on leads and quotations, coordinate meetings and demonstrations, engage regularly with distributors and partners, and represent the company at conferences and exhibitions internationally.
You will also support direct customer engagement, product presentations, and ongoing commercial activity, ensuring opportunities are followed through professionally from initial enquiry to progression.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and active enquiries promptly and consistently
- Coordinate and support customer meetings, product demonstrations, and clinical evaluations
- Engage regularly with distributors, agents, and partners to maintain momentum on opportunities
- Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and industry events, including product presentation and on\-site commercial support
- Support both partner\-led and direct sales activity in the UK and internationally
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to structured commercial reporting
- Work closely with clinical and marketing colleagues to ensure aligned commercial activity
- Support ongoing business development and market engagement initiatives
- Operate within established commercial frameworks while collaborating closely with senior leadership on ongoing opportunities
- 3–6 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Experience within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, technical products, or capital equipment preferred
- Strong follow\-up discipline and the ability to keep multiple opportunities progressing simultaneously
- Confident, professional communicator comfortable engaging with clinicians, distributors, and industry stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware with a structured approach to work
- Collaborative mindset and comfortable working closely with cross\-functional teams
- Willing to travel internationally for conferences, partner meetings, and customer engagements
- Genuinely interested in technical and clinical products, not solely the commercial outcome
