Sales Assistant – Trespass, Telford

Are you into the outdoors and good with people? Trespass is looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team at our Telford store.

Contracted hours: 4

Availability needed:

• Full flexibility to work varying shifts, Monday to Sunday

• Greeting customers and helping them find the right gear for what they're doing


• Getting to know the product range – clothing, footwear, and accessories – so you can give customers a straight answer


• Helping the Store Manager with displays, stock levels, and keeping the shop floor in order


• Working the till and handling cash and card transactions


• Keeping the store clean, tidy, and well\-stocked


• Pulling together with the team to hit sales targets

• Retail experience is a bonus, not a must


• Good communication skills – you're comfortable talking to people


• Genuine interest in the outdoors and willingness to learn about the gear


• Flexible to work shifts across the week, including weekends and evenings

• Staff discount on Trespass gear
