Occupational Health Service Delivery Lead
Overview
D4Health is seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Occupational Health Service Delivery Lead to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our nationwide Occupational Health services.
This is a varied and fast\-paced role that combines operational leadership, service coordination, and team development. The successful candidate will oversee the Occupational Health Administration function, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance. Acting as a key link between clients, clinicians, administration teams, and senior management, you will support the effective delivery of Occupational Health services while driving continuous improvement across the function.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Occupational Health Administration team, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and service standards are maintained.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the Occupational Health Administration team.
- Manage team performance and resources, including probation reviews, one\-to\-one meetings, appraisals, annual leave, absence management, and workforce planning to ensure continuity of service.
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and delivery of Occupational Health services and clinics nationwide.
- Monitor operational performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Produce and analyse operational reports to support performance monitoring, resource planning, and continuous service improvement.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client, clinician, and operational queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, clinicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the onboarding and implementation of new client services.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
- Support the Operations Manager in the coordination and delivery of Occupational Health services, ensuring effective collaboration between Sales, Clinical, and Administration teams and the successful implementation of client requirements.
- Support compliance with company policies, clinical governance frameworks, quality standards, and SEQOHS requirements.
