Occupational Health Coordinator
The Role
Are you experienced an Occupational Health Technician looking for a broader role? This position offers the opportunity for you to bring your health surveillance knowledge and experience into a broader role, supporting the journey from sales through to operations. You'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth transition of services, enhancing collaboration across teams, and providing the capability and expertise needed to successfully deliver occupational health surveillance programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of client\-specific health surveillance programmes.
- Review client requirements and recommend appropriate occupational health surveillance solutions.
- Liaise with clients, clinicians, and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support the development of new occupational health services and processes.
- Help maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.
- Provide technical input during the onboarding of new clients and contracts.
- Assist with workforce planning and clinic resource allocation.
- Support training and knowledge sharing across the Occupational Health team.
- Build strong working relationships across Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams
- Deliver onsite health surveillance services and, where required and authorised, operate and drive the mobile Occupational Health unit to client locations.
- Relevant qualifications and training to deliver Occupational Health Technician assessments, including audiometry, spirometry, skin surveillance and other surveillance activities as required
- Experience reviewing company health surveillance requirements and developing occupational health needs assessments
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must meet the Company's insurer requirements to operate the mobile Occupational Health unit (currently drivers must be aged 25 or over).
- Experience with occupational health software (desirable)
Pay: £28,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
