Your main responsibilities
You will be responsible for entering orders, preparing quotes, filing, and handling incoming calls in coordination with the company’s sales representative and clients.
- Verify the terms and conditions for fulfilling an order.
- Transmit technical and sales data.
- Answering phone calls.
- Conducting technical and commercial analyses.
- Tracking customer and supplier files.
- Providing information to customers.
- Office software.
- Writing standards.
- Preparing quotes.
- Entering order data.
