Arcus France is a French SME with €65 million in revenue and 34 years of continuous growth, operating nationwide. We supply stainless steel products to industrial and construction companies. As part of a Europe\-wide group, the pooling of our inventory, tools, and expertise is a real asset for our key account clients (some of whom operate across Europe).

Your role

Based in Viarmes, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening relationships with our clients while driving sustainable business growth. You'll work in a dynamic environment where customer focus, expertise, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and retaining a portfolio of strategic clients. As a true business partner, you will actively contribute to revenue growth.

Your main responsibilities


  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key account clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities.

  • Negotiate high\-value\-added commercial agreements.

  • Ensure client follow\-up and satisfaction

  • Coordinate actions with internal teams (management, technical, purchasing, etc.).

  • Provide regular reports on your activities to management

  • Supporting technical sales representatives in the field to implement the Key Account sales strategy.

Your profile


  • Higher education

  • Significant experience in strategic account management.

  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills.

  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, and a results\-oriented approach.

  • Professional English required.
