Your main responsibilities

You will be responsible for organizing transportation, improving warehouse logistics, entering delivery notes, filing, and handling incoming calls in coordination with the company’s sales team as well as our national branches and carriers. You will report directly to the Logistics Manager.

  • Assist the Logistics Manager.

  • Track supplier receipt and customer delivery records.

  • Plan transportation.

  • Enter delivery notes.

  • Answer incoming phone calls.

  • Provide information to suppliers and sales representatives.

  • Proficiency in office software.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Your profile

You have a minimum of two years of post\-secondary education in logistics. You are proactive, thorough, and organized, you are proficient in computer software and have knowledge of logistics operations

  • Start date: as soon as possible.

  • Hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

  • Position based in Viarmes, 95\.

  • Class B driver's license.

  • BTS, DUT, BUT (Preferred)

  • Vehicle required as the site is not served by public transportation.
