Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The Sales \& Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the growth and visibility of the business through proactive sales activity, customer relationship management, and targeted marketing initiatives. The role plays a key part in generating new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products, services, and brand within the industry.
The ideal candidate is organised, confident communication with clients, digitally savvy and comfortable working across both sales and marketing functions in a fast\-paced environment.
Duties
- Respond to inbound telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with account management and customer retention activities
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals and follow\-up communications
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development or customer service
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Adobe Express or other content creation tools
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Commercial awareness and customer\-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proven ability of using marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
