Salary: £25,000 basic \+ commission (OTE £40,000 \+ Once Fully Trained)
Rota: Full\-time (includes weekends on a rota)

What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming customers and delivering a professional, premium experience
- Learning how to guide customers through the full car\-buying journey
- Building confidence in presenting vehicles and finance options
- Developing strong communication and relationship\-building skills

What we’re looking for
- A confident, positive personality and strong people skills
- Ambition and a genuine desire to succeed
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Target\-driven mindset (sport, retail, or team background is a bonus)
- Basic IT skills
- Full UK driving licence
