Collaborating closely with the Deputy Manager, you'll oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, conduct care assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your dynamic leadership will play a key role in uplifting the spirits and well\-being of our residents while fostering a culture of success within our care team.
