We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and solutions\-focused Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team at our Rugby Head Office.
This is a fast\-paced and varied operational role, ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, planning, communication, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the full onboarding journey of equipment into clinics \- from post\-sale through to delivery, installation, training, and handover.
Acting as a key link between Sales, Engineering, Training, Logistics, Customer Services, and Marketing, you will ensure clinics onboarding run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally at every stage.
This role combines logistics coordination, customer communication, CRM administration, route planning, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Launch \& Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate equipment launches from sales go\-ahead through to delivery and training
- Schedule deliveries and optimise driver routes
- Prepare delivery documentation, installation paperwork, and starter kits
- Coordinate equipment collections and logistics planning
- Liaise with Engineering regarding machine readiness and commissioning
- Book training sessions
- Conduct pre\-training calls with clinics to ensure readiness
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client communications
- Support customer journey workflows and automation processes
- Upload notes, delivery updates, and training information
- Assist with reporting, dashboards, and process improvements
- Act as a key point of contact for clinics during the launch process
- Handle launch, delivery, and training\-related enquiries
- Support Customer Services during busy periods where required
- Ensure a professional, organised, and solution\-focused client experience
- Improve scheduling and delivery efficiency
- Support resource planning and route optimisation
- Help reduce delays, repeat journeys, and operational inefficiencies
- Contribute to continuous process improvement across departments
We are looking for someone who is:

- Proactive, solutions\-focused, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Experienced in logistics, coordination, operations, customer service, or project coordination roles
