Sales and Lettings Manager

Click That Property is looking for an experienced Lettings and Sales Manager to lead our Lettings and Property Consultancy department.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing an experienced and established team. They will drive business growth, manage and enhance client relationships, and ensuring the smooth functioning of lettings activities.

Duties
- Oversee the day\-to\-day management of the Lettings team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new landlords and property investors and retain existing ones.
- Meet new landlords and property investors at new properties and carry out market appraisals.
- Closing of deals with prospective buyers, landlords and investors
- Ensure the Lettings Negotiator and other team members are hitting and exceeding targets
- Oversee the lettings process from start to finish
- Oversee property management and support the property management team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors and maintenance contractors
- Stay up\-to\-date with market trends, regulations, and local knowledge
- Lead the team, providing training, support, and performance feedback
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions using CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards are met and maintained
- Experience in Property (Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Manager level)
- Strong leadership skills – in coaching, motivating, and inspiring
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Commercial know\-how and a drive to grow business
- Confident and tenacious communication
- The ability to travel to properties to conduct appointments on a regular basis and to meet clients for relationship building
- Previous leadership experience in a sales environment is advantageous
- Drivers Licence and own car

As a manager you will also have opportunities to be involved with our HMO property development and construction team. This involves sourcing properties for investors, working with architects, design teams, building contractors and our own project managers during the construction phase.
