An established property business is looking for an organised, proactive and personable Sales Administrator to join its busy central London team.

This is a varied role combining sales administration, office management and team support, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of their work.

Previous experience as a Sales Administrator within estate agency/property is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the sales team

  • Prepare sales paperwork, memorandums and invoices

  • Assist with property marketing materials and canvassing

  • Arrange market appraisals and appointments

  • Complete AML and client checks

  • Support HR administration and new starter onboarding

  • Welcome clients and visitors and manage incoming calls

  • Handle office enquiries and customer service requests

  • Assist with diary management and correspondence

  • Organise team events and office activities

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and able to multitask

  • Proactive, reliable and self-motivated

  • Confident and professional when dealing with clients

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and office systems

  • Detail-focused and able to meet tight deadlines

  • A strong team player with a positive attitude

A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not required.
