We are currently looking for an experienced Company Secretary to join a large Finance company based in Central London. This role will include Friday's working from home and will be paying up to 53k depending on experience. This role require an experienced Company Secretary who has Board Pack and an Administration background.

The role

Assist the CoSec by taking first draft minutes within meetings where requested.

Receiving verbal download of MAs from CoSe for initial draft of MA schedules.

Circulating MA Schedules where required once finalised by the CoSec.

Creating diary reminders for relevant parties for actions.

When ready from CoSec, circulating draft minutes to Chairs for review.

Arranging the signing of approved minutes.

Forward schedule new items.

Maintaining the master meeting schedule.

Maintaining the calendar and contacts within Diligent.

Overseeing the management and restructure of the K: drive / Teams folders.

Building file sharing for audit requests.

Maintaining the meeting attendee schedules for Corp Gov reports.

Distributing Annual Reports post-production where required.

Uploading docs to Diligent Resources and provision to Marketing for web upload as necessary. Carry out regular reviews for accuracy.

Process (daily) investment trust share issuance and/or buybacks.

Make statutory filings to Companies House for all entities and maintain statutory registers within Diligent Entities.
